Family Partners provide information and support to the Medical Home (Northern Utah Pediatrics) and the families of children and youth with special health care needs within the practice.
Parents of children with special needs often need to talk with someone who has gone through a similar situation. The Family Partner to Northern Utah Pediatrics can offer you some empathy and lead you to helpful resources.
